MediEvil #1 - Return to the Graveyard
2For the first game of Horrorthon II: Video Nasty, we are digging through the old PS1 library to find this gothic blast from the past. Sir Daniel Fortesque returns from the dead to take down the evil Lord Zarok, to save all of Gallowmere and to take his rightful place in the Hall of Heroes. This Horror based 3D platformer terrified me as a kid, so lets put my demons to rest and beat Medievil on the PS1!
In this volume, Sir Dan awakens in Dans Crypt by Zaroks evil magic. Dan fights through the Graveyard, climbs Cemetery Hill, takes on the Stained Glass Demon in the Mausoleum and clashes with the Guardians of the Graveyard. Moving into the land of the living dan, hunts Dragon Birds eggs in The Enchanted Earth and under the spell of a Forest Witch goes digging around a anthill for captive faeries and amber. But not if the Ant Queen has anything to say about it. Dan moves onto the Scarecrow Fields and then the Pumpkin Gorge. Working under the orders of the Pumpkin Witch, Dan must challenge the Pumpkin King in a fight to the death....second death?
