After a bit of traveling and fighting through junk-throwing robots, Mega Man ends up having to fight the eight Robot Masters of this game again. 3 games in, and it's strictly required formula at this point.

Here's the order I fight them in, and what they're weak against, starting from the top-left and going counter-clockwise:

1st: Needle Man; Weak to Gemini Laser
2nd: Magnet Man; Weak to Spark Shock
3rd: Gemini Man; Weak to Search Snake
4th: Hard Man; Weak to Magnet Missile
5th: Top Man; Weak to Hard Knuckle
6th: Shadow Man; Weak to Top Spin
7th: Spark Man; Weak to Shadow Blade
8th: Snake Man; Weak to Needle Cannon

After being all of them, Mega Man can get through the door on the far right.

From there, he can get some more energy, and extra life, and a teleporter that takes him to the next stage. No victory theme, here.
