Yep,Wily was behind it all along,naturally. The first of the Mega Man games to feature 2 castles in it. This first stage of Wily's castle features many Mettaurs scattered about. It has an underwater section with spikes all over it. Can't really recommend the Rush Marine except for one or two spots. This place brings back the always loved disappearing block puzzles. But as usual,if you have te right items,i.e. the Balloon and Rush Jet you can usually bypass it. The boss here is a Giant Met. He'll pop up from his helmet and slam the ground to stun you,or even land on top of you,and he'll drop 4 smaller Mets when he does jump. Bit of a hard one if he keeps landing on you.
