This level is split into two paths about half way through. One area with bats,you can jump up and open a blast door with the drill bomb. This path leads to a 2nd E Tank in the stage,and I assume less enemies. The rest of the way should be a pretty clear path to the boss,Dr.Cossack himself. He'll fire 3 shots at you if you're far away,and if you're underneath him he'll try to pick you up with his claw. When he falls,Proto Man will appear briefly with the Doc's daughter,and she explains Wily was holding her hostage to use Cossack.
