One odd thing about Battle Network 3 is that the game pretty much ignores most of what happened in Battle Network 2, one of which is running into a certain "Ex"-WWW member, who we talked to in 2, but he's supposedly turned over a new leaf and he helps out with a situation involving some WWW members.
