So the members of WWW have a meeting regarding the final stages of their plan. Blackbeard and Ito are out of prison and we also finally see who Blast Man's operator is. Turns out, it's Mr. Mach, who seems to be the silent type when not being a teacher. But, all is not well in the WWW ranks as the other members seem intent on breaking off and making their own group, and they have someone willing to back them on this.

But enough about that, now it's time for the final stage of the Operator Navi Test. We have to head into the Undernet and find an item called the Moon Stone. Once we do, we win. While I do that, I go ahead and hunt down some EX navis on the net. __
