Today's forecast calls for rainbows, as that's what we're going after. There's a typhoon virus above us and it's responsible for the big cloud that's blocking our way. To get rid of it, we need to collect rainbow data scattered in the area, and then surround the typhoon with it. We gotta do this for 3 areas and then we come across Element Man, who as his name suggests, can change his element type in battle. After beating him, and with an assist from Mr. Weather, we stop Vic from taking the Force Program, but then a 3rd party intervenes... __
