Mega Man IV- Big Effort
This is the last game to follow the typical Rockman World formula and it feels like Minakuchi really put a lot into it. Not only does it add in elements that Capcom seemed to think were good enough to keep for mainline, but it has a lot more new content and some pretty impressive pixel work for big scenes. Of course, it's still on the Gameboy, which comes with certain limitations and it's still the same people who made Dr Wily's Revenge and III, so it's not quite the NES experience, but this is biggest entry in the side series so far and the one most worth discussing, for better or worse. I'll Let you know at the end.
