I was farming for money in Sub-City 2, and I hated the fact that I could only carry one special weapon (kick doesn't count, that's useful for- what, one enemy?), since that meant I had to destroy enemies quickly with the Active Buster and then run to get the money, or slowly with the Mega Buster and then gather the money with the Vacuum Arm. While I was playing, I noticed something though: Whenever you start running, you fire another shot, regardless of what was happening before. This lead me to discover this glitch:

Hold the square button to fire as normal, and rapidly tap Up on the D-Pad. Each time Mega Man inches forward, he'll fire another buster shot, regardless of your buster's Rapid rating. If you tap the D-Pad fast enough, you can actually fire faster than you would with a maxed out Rapid stat. Unfortunately, this will not override your Energy stat.

This video first shows what equipment I'm using, then I fire the buster regularly for a brief moment, and then use the glitch to quickly dispatch two enemies thereafter.
