00:05 Rebuild City Hall

This becomes available after obtaining the Class B License, however I recommend waiting until later as it can be very expensive to complete.

The cost of repair is dependant on how much damage is caused during the battle before Bon Bonne. Where red and yellow machines are attacking the buildings in this area.

Available after obtaining the Yellow Refractor Shard. I think :/

After giving Jim the Pick item you need to wait about 30 minutes before coming back. Likewise, after giving him the Saw you need to wait about 90 to 120 minutes. I recommend completing other side quests or returning to the ruins to get more Zenny.

Available after getting the Class A License, and opening Uptown in the process. The first two mini games are available now. The Beast Hunter and Balloon Fantasy games are simple fun games you can complete with ease.

30:59 Police Quest: Bomb Diffusing

The Yellow Refractor Shard and the Jump Springs are required for this mission.

The first Police Quest sends you Downtown. I recommend saving before attempting this as it's easy to fail and I'm fairly sure you can't retry.
