Wily Stage 2 introduces the concept of the boss rematch. You refight both Cut Man and Elec Man at points of this stage. They are made slightly more difficult due to there being no rock blocks to use against Cut Man and no upper ledge to help dodge Elec Man's attacks. However, it isn't much harder to defeat them the same way that you did before.

The Copy Robot is another tough boss in the game. It always copies the weapon that you equip and reacts by jumping whenever you press the fire button. The best strategy is to use the Fire Storm weapon in the air above it. It will jump in response to your shot and end up right in it's line of fire. I decided to try using the Buster this time around and I lost a life because of that. Still not impossible, but the Fire Storm does more damage and ends the battle quicker.
