3First playthrough of Mega Man: The Power Battles 2 for the Arcade (played via Mega Man Anniversary Collection for the Playstation 2). Protoman (MacDaddyNook) and Bass/Duo (Duck) hunt down Dr. Wily to thwart his schemes in the Search For Wily story.
Mega Man: The Power Battles is, in a nutshell, a fighting game based on the boss-rush parts of the Mega Man series, as well as other games. Players choose between one of six Robot Masters per story to battle. After defeating a Robot Master, the player is granted his power to use on the remaining opponents just like the traditional Mega Man games. After all of the Robot Masters are defeated, players will take on an iconic boss character before challenging Dr. Wily to a showdown.
The Robot Masters battled in this round are Centaur Man (From Mega Man 6), Bubble Man (From Mega Man 2), Gyro Man (From Mega Man 5), Shadow Man (From Mega Man 3), Plant Man (From Mega Man 6) and Heat Man (From Mega Man 2).
