The patch Refill Weapon after Death V1.0 caused my game to run very slowly in the second stage of Dr Wily's Factory (at least it did applied on top of the SRAM+ Proto Man Size Fix V1.0 patch), so I had to play through this level without it. (And it seemed that Refill Weapon after Death V1.0 also gave Mega Man a higher jump in the first stage of Dr Wily's Factory.)

Mega Man: The Wily Wars is a video game compilation developed by Minakuchi Engineering and published by Capcom for the Sega Mega Drive that features remakes of the first three Mega Man games and a new game called Wily Tower , which is unlockable with a completed save file.
Mega Man follows the struggle of the humanoid robot and player-character Mega Man against the mad scientist Dr Wily and the six "robot masters" under his control. Mega Man 's nonlinear gameplay lets the player choose the order in which to complete its initial six stages. Each culminates in a boss battle against one of the robot masters that awards the player-character a unique weapon. Part of the strategy of the game is that the player must carefully choose the order in which to tackle the stages so that they can earn the weapons that will be most useful for future stages.
