In this part, X goes to an abandoned reploid factory, in hopes of destroying the remains of Sigma's forces. He defeats the boss there with relative ease, and there is a brief cutscene in which the X-Hunters are plotting against Mega Man X and the Maverick Hunters. Then, I do a bunch of collection quests, getting as many health upgrades and energy tanks as I can before I officially start the game.
