One more X-Hunter to hunt down, and this stage for him actually have multiple paths.

When you're ready for the alternate path. You can try to reach it using by trapping a nearby enemy in the Crystal Hunter, and then using them as a stepping stone.

You're gonna have to go through a deadly obstacle course of spikes. You will need both the airdash from the Leg Upgrade and the airdash from the charged Speed Burner to cross over different lines of spikes.

Go through those, and then you can go for a big fall, but hug the left wall until you fall into it.

You will reach a secret room. If you do not have all of the armor upgrades in the game AND have full health, nothing will be in here.

HOWEVER! If you do have everything I just said, you will then find one more Light capsule in there. He's now dressed like Street Fighter's Ryu once more!

This capsule will give X the Shoryuken, just like how the first game gave him the Hadoken. Just like the Hadoken, you can only use the Shoryuken when you're at full health, but if you can get it to hit, then you can potentially kill any boss in the game as it will ignore their mercy invincibility.

For a good example, watch how I used to Shoryuken to completely decimate Agile Flyer! He didn't stand a ghost of a chance!

There are still more enemies to fight beyond him, though, including the Maverick the X-Hunters was trying to revive...
