No, this isn't clickbait! This is what happens when you leave one half of the Nightmare Police alive. Regardless, it's time to start the Doppler Stages and this is also where you get the only Dr. Light Chip that is worth a damn out of the five. It's the one that makes the other 4 redundant. Anyway, even the Doppler Stages try to use mechanics from the first Mega Man X game. But it, like the boss of this stage if you spare one of the Nightmare Police, falls short.
