Mega Man X5 [100% Run] - Part 13: X vs Zero [Zero Virus Stage 3]
114Let the X vs Zero debates begin in the comments, eh?
It's finally here... the fated battle between X and Zero. Two best friends turned against each other as was their creator's original intentions (well, at least one of them anyway). Dr. Light's reploid with limitless potential versus *spoiler* Dr. Wily's greatest creation. Did I mention the music played during the battle is epic? Who will prevail? Well, you didn't think I would be one-sided in this video, did you?
In this video, I'm showing both X and Zero's side of this level (you also get to see normal X against Zero), as well as showing getting the Ultimate Armor for X and Black Armor for Zero.
More fun trivia:
When you play this stage as Zero, many of the attacks X uses against you are the same special weapons he obtained in Mega Man X4, most notably Soul Body from Split Mushroom, Double Cyclone from Storm Owl, and Frost Tower from Frost Walrus. Zero also uses a similar moveset from when you fight him in Mega Man X2.
It's not in this video, but I'm going to show the Maverick Zero fight in a separate bonus video, so look forward to that as well. There's only one more stage for us to tackle after this, hope you all are ready for the finale of X5 next time!
