While you can get through this area by using damageboosts to reach the first segment and afterwards the later part, or by using weapon recovery to perform multiple giga attacks, using Speedster allows to avoid both. It is worth noting that having Nightmare Wind active will likely make this strategy not possible.
To make the first jump, you want to avoid hitting your head on the ceiling: use the platform you jump off of being illuminated in the dark as a way to measure which point of the wall you want to cling to, and use the ceiling platform in the middle as a way to measure where to do the charge slash, being slightly after it's right corner.
After you do manage that, you'll want to cancel your wallclimb by actually moving a bit left and then instantly steer towards the right, performing a charge slash afterwards to interrupt falling, move forward, perform a giga attack and then charge slash again to prevent reaching the instant death point. If performed correctly, you should reach the low platform and, if it's active, see the Nightmare Dark dissipate.
