Despite how intimidating this might look, this requires precision more than anything. That said, you'll want him to begin with Crush Press to do this strategy.
First, you'll want to charge slash him as quickly as you can once he releases the barriers, but not jump too high so you can Mach Dash instantly, due to the duration for which he's stunned being rather limited. You want to be close to the wall but not pushing against it so you can perform a Mach Dash without getting hit by High Max or failing to activate it. After this, immediately walljump from the top and perform another one downwards.
If performed correctly, you'll be able to deal damage to High Max before his stun runs out. After this, you'll want to misdirect the Crush Press so you can stun him again while it drops, and then perform the same sequence twice more - thankfully, this is easier to do as you'll no longer have an attack to worry about and High Max gives you a decent amount of time before summoning his barriers again.
