Mega Man X (Mega Man Zero 3 Edition).
The person responsible for this hack goes by the name MegaManX970, while the title screen was created by Megamangamer123 (who has his own Mega Man Zero 3 X patch).
This patch completely (aside from a few cutscenes and the fact that there's no Copy Zero) reverses the roles of Mega Man X and Zero (X being in his body while Zero being a Cyber Elf and having his body be sacrificed to seal away the Dark Elf and be destroyed by Elpizo in the previous game).
A few gameplay differences as well is that Zero's Buster Shot has now been replaced by X's X-Buster, while X retains the Z-Saber from Mega Man X6.
The X-Buster is also much more powerful than the Buster Shot, and the charged shots with the X-Buster are also much more massive than those of the Buster Shot, and in addition, X also has a charged shot for when he charges while he is using the Z-Saber, which can pierce through enemies as opposed to Zero's charged Z-Saber slash (which X can still do if he's sliding down a wall).
X is more so like Zero's X-Form from Mega Man Zero 2, meaning there's more emphasis on using the Buster rather than the Z-Saber as X can only do a single slash (two if you move and immediately stop and slash from a standing position). However, X still retains all of the Z-Saber EX skills (minus the epic shout when Zero does the rising fire slash) that Zero has as well as Zero's Buster Shot EX skills (which now work with X's X-Buster).
Unfortunately (unless you're fluent in Japanese), this patch utilizes the Japanese version, Rock Man Zero 3 as the North American and European versions of the game are not compatible since there's only a Rock Man Zero 3 converter as opposed to a Mega Man Zero 3 converter to patch the North American and European versions of the game.
