Mega Man Zero 3 (GBA), Perfect Run/No Damage speedrun of the Cubit Foxtar's stage (Energy Facility) (100 Pts.), played on a NG+ save file. This no damage run's purpose is to show off more of Zero's potential via the EX Skills over charge attack spam. As such, charged attacks (excluding Recoil Rod, since there's universal utility with it and it's damage sucks) will not be used after the intro stage. Cubit Foxtar (Energy Facility) Strategy:

Hoo boy, this one was definitely a challenge. I remember spending a good few days trying to get a perfect take of Foxtar's little gauntlet here. As stated in the breakdown, the real difficulty comes from endurance. It's sort of like a mini-endgame stage going on, with mini-bosses and spaztastic enemies (those friggin' moths) barring the path. But as crazy-long as this stage is (sure, I make it look short because I'm speeding through), I also feel like this is also among the highlights of Zero 3's stage design. The enemy placement isn't cheap in the slightest, and playing smart with the Thunder Chip paves the way for a less stressful time with the moths. All you require is the patience to jump through the hoops and have a good deal of timing with your attacks. Those moths WILL hit you easily if you mistime a slash up-close.
