The first hour of today is just grinding to get the crystals to give the elf her last power up. Was it necessary? Strictly speaking, no. But it made things a lot more bearable. The final section wasn't that tough, though there would have been more deaths, and potentially more game overs, had I not powered up the elf that one last time.

No, I don't like this game. I don't hate it QUITE as much as I originally did, but it does enough things wrong that I just didn't have fun with it. Story wise, it's a good cap to that chapter of games. The core game play, playing as Zero, was of course fun. But there's design problems all over. The grindy nature of the elf, the abysmal crafting system, some very badly designed - in my opinion - bosses. It wasn't fun. But it's finally over now. It'll be a while before I get to the last two. -- Watch live at   / the_nametag
