My first piece of MEGA65 software arrived today from poly.play ... Hibernated 1 ... on 3.5" disk (and 128MB MicroSD card).

However my MEGA65 wasn't interested in the disk. Some discussion on FB (thanks Raf/Craig/John) indicated that the eject button may have been installed upside down, and because they are old drives they may require fresh lubrication.

So pulled her apart again and reinstalled the eject button the other way around, but no improvement. Putting it back how it was (I think the correct orientation) seems to have fixed it. So just needed some manual jiggling.

However, it seems the disk supplied with the Director's Cut had read errors ... so no Hibernated 1 gameplay for me tonight. I also couldn't use the 128MB MicroSD card directly as the MEGA expects a "formatted" SDHC card of at least 4GB, so will need to copy the files onto another SD card to finally give the game a try.
