Megaman 10: Get the Punk Out (X1 Style)
38Okay, yeah, and here's Punk's theme as well; tbh I actually was going to completely skip this one and focus on covering other themes in this soundtrack, but frankly doing both Enker and Ballade's themes but not doing Punk's would feel flat out wrong, so I went ahead and got this out of the way so I wouldn't feel bad later lol
Anyway, I tried giving this one a heavier sound than the other covers, mainly by using the more powerful snare and tom samples from X1 instead of the regular snare and tom samples most of the game uses (hell, I think only Zero's theme from X1 uses both those samples to begin with lol), and honestly I think this one turned out pretty nicely; also think the heavier sound fits Punk pretty well too, so there's that as well haha
(also speaking of Punk btw, I always found it funny how he's the only one of the Megaman Killers to ever get a NetNavi counterpart in MMBN, and apparently it's because Keiji Inafune liked his design so much that he wanted to include him in MMBN in some way, going as far as to redesign him himself lol; still kinda wished his Battle Chip was easier to get or was actually in the game in some form though instead of just being event only, cuz I always remember getting the Wristband item by getting the Lotto Number through the internet despite knowing full well that it doesn't have any use without the Punk chip, which is also another reason why I'm so glad for the MMBN Legacy Collection existing haha)
