WOOO! I am excited to bring you guys this Battle Network 1 playthrough after all these years of not owning this game before!

To get everyone up to speed, I'm a huge fan of the Megaman Battle Network games from Capcom having played games 3 through 6. However, I've never really experienced Battle Networks 1 and 2 when the series was in an early stage of its life.

So now I'm going back to where it all began and see how the series has evolved from here. Although, I would like to be upfront about handling this playthrough "as blind as I reasonably want to make it."

1. Before streaming on Twitch, I'd spend countless hours grinding away for chips and whatnot, however, that probably wouldn't be the best thing to do on stream as I usually want to pace myself with story progression and not keep you guys waiting for actual progress to come up.
2. There will be times where I could be stuck at a certain part of a story, waste a whole bunch of time running in circles, and end up not understanding where to go. So I will end up either asking chat or looking up a spoiler-free FAQ when I am desperate to figure out what the hell I was missing in a particular situation.
3. For 100% completion in a lot of Battle Network games, it usually takes a lot of time hunting for each chip and boss, so I'll probably save all of us the time to look up where to find these things and go from there. I know it's not a pure 100% blind playthrough, but for the sake of my sanity and all of our time, I hope everyone understands where I'm coming from here.

Anyways, if you guys read through all that, I hope you all enjoy my (mostly) blind adventure into Battle Network 1!
