featuring a stunning battle between our blue bomber and the newcommer from the rarely seen japansese mobilephone game "RockMan.EXE: Legend of Network", HatMan.EXE!
This is also my introduction of a patch to version IX.1 which fixes some bugs but mainly fixes recent ballancing issues and of course including HatMan.EXE as a bonus!
