Megapithecus Boss tame failed Hijacking in Survival of the Fittest vs FluffyB

I went solo vs 6 man tribes in a Survival of the Fittest match, made it all the way to the top 2 remaining tribes with one player in each.

Knowing I had been goofing off and only had cloth armor and spears to hand I congratulated FluffyB and offered to eat my poop. FluffyB talked me out of Fecalside so I began the journey to the middle.

When I reached the middle to have a showdown I found the Megapithecus ark boss ready to be tamed.

I came withing 1 prime meat of hijacking the tame from Fluffyb who did not seem interested in finishing me off with all his high tech guns vs my cloth armor and spears.

Seeing as I was unable to tame the Megapithecus I decided to try my hand at chucking spears. FluffyB ended my attempt on his life with a well aimed shotgun blast at point blank range.
