Gameplay of Sega's arcade version of Megumi Rescue running in MAME controlled with a spinner. This is a very rare game that will be supported starting in MAME 0.245. It plays like Arkanoid with a fire rescue theme but has some unique elements. The spinner is a Turbo Twist 2.
