Attack once or twice in quick session while you leap or run behind the Terrormorph. It has to turn before attacking you. That's it weak points. Don't be greedy as show on the above. I attack with a fast and than a strong attack and I end up getting bitten xD
You can also hide behind an object like a cargo box near the edge after you ambush em. It won't able to hit you after you took cover behind the edge of box.

Make the following changes.
-Set Sharpen to 0.40, and Image film grain to 1.00 If (you are on 1080p resolution and aren’t using DLSS). Likewise, If you are playing Cyberpunk 2077 at 1440p or with DLSS on at 1080p, altogether avoid this.

Select Application Controlled Under Anisotropic Filtering.
Turn on Antialiasing Gamma correction.
Enable Low Latency Mode.
-Set Power Management Mode to Prefer Maximum Performance.
-Enable Shader Cache.
-Turn off Texture Filtering – Anisotropic Sample Optimization.
-Allow Texture Filtering – Negative LOD Bias.
-Set Texture Filtering Quality to High Performance.
-Enable Texture Filtering - Trilinear Optimization.
-Select Auto Under Threaded Optimization.
After you are done making these changes, head over to the Change Resolution Tab, and do the following.

Select native resolution and max refresh rate available.
Under Desktop Color depth, checkmark “Use Nvidia Color Settings,“ and for configurations, change them as the photo above suggests.
Afterward, proceed to Adjust the Desktop Size and Position, and make the following changes.
