The third deck brings a new area. The game's generous enough to have these missions be largely easy to acclimate you to a new map, and even allows you to travel back to the first area. Why, I don't know. The number card contracts get closed when you complete the Ace contract, so it's not like there's anything to do. Maybe those little race challenges.
