60For Staff + Sword/Sword weapon sets, mesmers have access to a very strong and fast 7-shatter combo (the seventh shatter comes from the mesmer himself due to Illusionary Persona).

UPDATE: It is possible to do this even faster by casting staff 3 and then staff 2 as the warlock is being cast, since phase retreat (staff 2) doesn't cancel any previous skill animation.
