Message To Atheists On Vedic Civilization, Sanatana Dharma, Hinduism, Atheistic Schools, Science.
As a theological fact: you don’t even have to jettison atheism to reach spiritual objective. For example, Buddhism does not teach the worship of any God or Gods. We don't do Christian or Islamic outreach or outreach to anyone who already follow a path as it is against the principle of non-conversion for those with religion. Sanatana Dharma is not a religion, it is a way of life, and a very diffuse and open ecosystem of free intellectual inquiry. To learn of the direct revelation of God by God as God speaking directly, we invite Atheists to discover the Bhagavad Gita which can be read in an hour. Message to atheists: one may conclude that ALL religions are FALSE: yet it does not address the question of God's existence. One can conclude that all religions do not reflect reality but are mere human interpretations. However, as adherents of Hinduism we can authoritatively tell each and every atheist, that we have no conflict with evolution, human origins, age of the planets, natural history, and cosmology as a whole.
As for countries with atheistic education, there is no real instruction in atheism per se: simply the ecosystem doesn’t even have a narrative of religion versus atheism. The narrative of a religion versus atheism divide are not major trends in secular atheistic cultures, so likely the people don’t even ponder the question. Generally, one might encounter this division or question only after encountering a different nation and culture where religion and religious debates major points within a particular national narrative.
In the absence of religion, one simply doesn’t ponder the points of religion or atheism, they don’t really exist in the mindset . Once one encounters religion and different variants in another land, the one can ponder and think about the matter: one can the say: “this is rather interesting, let’s weigh in on the matter for ourselves”.
As a thought experiment, in an area where none are exposed to religion: then imagine that after age of 25 or so, they encounter religion: do they choose atheism? Do they choose Sanatana Dharma or any other religious paths from a blank slate theory? This is important because many times: one is born in an Islamic country or one is born into a majority Christian country or in a majority atheistic country. The blank slate thought experiment evens the competitive field as we are considering persons who were never raised as Christian, raised as Muslim, but examine religion from purely blank slate.
However, it is possible the past lives based on muscle memory, soul journey memory may shape choices in the present, even if they were born absent any religion (not baptized or raised in Christian family or an Islamic faith or any religion). Could the past life directly determine individual choice?
