When Messiah of Evil was originally released, the distributors
added a song (”Hold On To Love”, sung by Raun McKinnon)
to the start and end. This song was included in the various
public domain video transfers over the years, until it was
removed from the HD versions released on Blu-ray by
Code Red and Radiance Films, at director Willard Huyck’s
behest. Though the film is arguably better without it, here
is the theatrical audio synced to the beginning and end of
the high-definition remaster, as well as the crudely spliced-in
card for the song in the end credits.
