Put it on your blueprints folder and go crazy!.
How to make big rockets:
To change the size of your rocket parts, you have to change the X or Z of that part, to rotate it you have to change the Z of the part, you also can change the max fuel of your fuel tanks, and the width, height, shape and color.
Blueprint editing is not supported in this version, aerodynamics go crazy with very big parts, and the render distance can make you unable to see your rocket if it is really big, (With really big i mean Moon sized, so you can make big rockets without this problem).
