The youngest has brought a BBC Micro:bit home from school and I'm taking a wee peek at it.

It's a rather interesting little device, covered on one side in LEDs, it comes with a USB cable and battery.

Going to the main website https://www.microbit.co.uk and selecting Microsoft Block Editor you can then build your programs. Clicking compile it downloads them to your machine, at which point you just drag them onto your Micro:bit.

Easy as pie.
