Disclaimer: unfortunately yesterday i updated nvidia driver and it reset my settings that is why recording started from this place.
Fallow step by step. (video has been sped up for shorter time to watch)

1) For this achievement you need two specific perks only, more than that will not be possible to get this achievement. You will need Messy perk and Power-up hook perk plus Jackhammer weapon, once you got all these three things achievement progress can now begin, i suggest you to use Auto perk mode.
2) You can start with achievement specific weapon by using in game bug, quite handy to be honest. How to do it is bit tricky - it does not work for free play mode though, click on free play mode then click on practice mode, choose weapon you desire but wait instead of clicking on disable practice mode click "Back" button instead, then pick barricade mode and start map you need.
3) I recommend you to start barricade Asylum map just like I did Vaporize achievement unlock as it is easy to control space you are in from all sides.
4) Feel free to activate DOA mode (like in Vaporize achievement unlock video) in games console.
5) Survive.
