Meta, formerly known as Facebook, has announced its latest VR headset, the Meta Quest 3, which promises to deliver a more immersive and realistic experience than ever before. The Meta Quest 3 is a standalone device that does not require a PC or a smartphone to operate, and it features a range of improvements over its predecessor, the Meta Quest 2.
The Meta Quest 3 boasts a higher resolution display, a more powerful processor, a slimmer and lighter design, and a new mixed reality technology that allows users to see and interact with their real surroundings in full color.
