A new 8-part documentary series named Metagame has been released, which details the history of the top 5 Smash Bros Melee players. Taking over 5 years to create, the doc explores the history of the 'Five Gods of Melee' - Mew2King, Mango, Armada, PPMD and Hungrybox, as well as the 'God Slayer' Leffen. It is a followup to 2013's landmark The Smash Brothers documentary, which led to a huge popularity surge for the competitive Melee scene. Produced by Travis Beauchamp (Samox), Christopher Brown (AlphaZealot) and Peter Grant, Metagame premiered on Twitch and is available to rent/purchase via www.metagamedoc.com.
