I randomly started having 200-400 ping in the middle of the match. I found out why a couple days later, after I noticed that the same thing was happening in other games as well. As of this recording, I recently downloaded Lord of the Rings Online (because it recently became free to play). That game came with the dreaded program "PANDO MEDIA BOOSTER". Pando Media Booster starts up in the background (without you knowing) and uploads the game that you downloaded to other people (again, without you knowing). It takes up bandwidth without letting you know whenever it feels like just so that LOTRO can save some bandwidth. I immediately uninstalled Pando Media Booster as soon as I found out, then I later uninstalled LOTRO in rage.
