When I was first learning Maya almost 14 years ago (it was around 2000-01), one of the first models I wanted to build for practice was the Metal Gear Rex. It's funny for me to see now, and there's so much I would do better, but just wanted to throw this up, mainly for my own amusement. It's just a smooth shaded avi and a wireframe. No rendered model as the model has been lost in time and this is just something I feel fortunate I playblasted. Music from the original NES Metal Gear from Konami.
