Dont bait out a melee, instead simply move back while charging the railgun through the doorway, then walk back in and shoot her.

The most consistent way to get her to turn into M.G. Mk. II quickly is to wait for her to blip off the radar and then do a 270 degree turn into the southern room and hallway. If you move to fast, move towards the center and listen for the audio cue.

After shooting Mk. 2 line snake up w/ the bed and stare into the room.
