The pathing is Pretty precise, and you need the smoke grenade to be on the far right. If you cough you have to throw a second smoke after the first two frogs to the far left (coughing on this one is fine, as you cannot beat the next cycle anymore), choke slam or fear the solo frog, You MUST make sure the solo frog reacts to you or you will trigger an alert, and continue normally.

You can also throw the second smoke ALL the way to the left so it goes in the little cubby. It will look really wonky and skips the second cough animation but it isnt fast enough to skip the solo frog cycle.
