The tank unit can be found just south of Da Ghwandai Kar. There's a total of SIX enemies: four soldiers, one Sniper, and the tank. Three soldiers are stationed next to the tank while the Sniper and his friend are sitting above the rock ledge watching over the tank.



Eliminate the Sniper and his buddy first so that you can give the order to Quiet to eliminate the three tank soldiers (or snipe them yourself if she's not with you).


Once the soldiers are out of the picture, approach and Fulton the tank.
