The tank unit can be found at the sand dunes just east of Lamar Khaate Palace. Each tank has two soldiers guarding it on both sides (one Sniper and a bodyguard) while two other soldiers walk around slowly in circles. The best point of infiltration is from the south. Since the snipers on both sides are looking the other way, you can sneak in from the middle.



Watch the two wandering guards then slowly make your way to the sniper's lackey, grab him (don't interrogate him or the sniper will hear you!) and knock out/kill him then do the same to the sniper. With the coast clear, don't touch the tank just yet. Repeat the strategy for the sniper on the opposite side (watch for those wandering guards).
