After having infiltrated the CIA black site we managed to save both Paz and Chico, however our victory was cut short as it was revealed that the IAEA's nuclear inspection of Mother Base was a ruse set up by Cypher leading to an attack the MSF itself. Now with both Chico and Paz presumed dead, the MSF destroyed and Mother Base at the bottom of the ocean, we find ourselves in a hospital after having woken up from a coma brought on by the helicopter crash now nine years later.
