"Metavoidal" is a rhythmic foray into a dystopian realm where metal reigns supreme. In this Rock & Roguelite adventure, players embody a determined drummer who, after failing an audition with a sinister metal band, finds themselves embroiled in a nightmarish world dominated by the band and their legions of corrupted fans. As the drummer, players navigate through decrepit churches and twisted landscapes, harnessing the power of lost music records to enhance their drumming skills. Each record imbues players with unique abilities, from fiery destruction to electrifying might, challenging them to tailor their musical arsenal to face the band's monstrous members in electrifying solo battles. Alongside BingBong, a mysterious entity offering upgrades for guitar picks, players must master their drumsticks, not just to survive but to shatter the band's malevolent hold and reclaim their freedom. "Metavoidal" is more than a game; it's a battle against the beat, where rhythm, resilience, and rebellion collide in a symphony of chaos.
