Juekert: While overloading, Fall Resist is 0. Random chance of depleted elements falling.

My personal thoughts on Juekert: Many of the current playerbase considers Juekert a top tier character. Personally, I have to agree. While the "randomly falling depleted elements" hardly does anything noticeable, the first ability is really powerful as the footage shows: when a column is overloading, fall resistance to all stacks is reduced to 0. This turns the normally slow descent into a fast plummet, allowing you to make a fast step jump if you positioned your elements accordingly. The physics alone make Juekert hard to defeat, add in a fast way to recover yourself when in danger, and you have a character considered top tier by the playerbase, which I find completely justified. Despite being a character based on garbage, it definitely doesn't play like garbage.
