My personal thoughts on Okeannos: Here we are! Another character considered within the top tier! What makes this one so powerful? The ability is fairly simple: flicked elements, unlike with all other characters, will actually leave the threshold and attack the other player. At a glance, this sounds pathetic, that is until you realize what happens when you flick it into an existing stack. Flicking an element into an existing stack applies the same effect to the entire stack, effectively pushing the whole thing off with just one flick. Meaning if you purposefully leave an element behind when making a screen wide stack, you can easily send the entire thing off without fail. Just be careful of Disruption Surge and Chain Break, those can still ruin your day.
