2Espir: Steps Jumps and Air Blasts have 9999 Blast Speed.
My personal thoughts on Espir: Here's one of my favorite characters in the game. Espir's gimmicks requires you to know what Step Jumps and Air Blasts are. Step Jumps are when you align the meteos next to the stack so that a match is made as soon as said stack lands. An Air Blast is simple a match made while the stack is in mid-air. Accomplishing either results in a Celestorii-type launch, sending the stack off instantly. This can be tricky to pull off the more depleted elements there are, like many things, but it can be a real powerhouse with careful planning.
