Metro 2033 - first 30 minutes - Maximum settings - pt2of3 was recorded for educational purposes - see it before you buy it. It was my second gameplay, but I like it so far. I thought, it is look like Stalker, but its not. Game has a good gameplay, and graphics(I really like the shaders - think this game has the best shaders and texturing I ever saw. Game is required a good video card. If you are looking to play maxed out on setting at 1680x900 and higher - you are looking to have at least 5750 Radeon or GeForce GTX 260. I recommend the GTX 275 or 2x5750 or 58xx series for resolution higher then 1680x900. My average frames without recording on 1680x900 was 44 frames per second, but in two places I saw 17 fps. 1280 x720 maxed out with recording showing 15 fps on those places and average 30 fps. It is lower performance, because I am compressing into XVID videos at the same time I am recording them in real time. I used Moroz Video Capture program to record my gameplay on the same computer, so performance a lower then without recording. Moroz Video Capture program is fantastic program to record under Windows XP SP3. I am the lead developer for this program and recorded around 60 video in this channel using my own software.

Video Card: Sapphiere Radeon HD 5750 1Gb Gddr5 (128bit) heavily overclocked to GPU:890Mhz, Memory:1250Mhz)
HDD: to many.
OS: Windows XP SP3 -directx9c - why? Because, Moroz Video Capture is not supporting in Windows 7, so I am a patriot of my own software. Maybe will find the solution and make it supporting win7 without loosing it performance.

Gameplay was a little bit smoother then you see on the video, because video was recorded on the same computer - so its make sense.
